I ran across one of my old employers I used to work for recently who were giving a presentation at the local Realtor’s Offices about Fannie Mae’s Home Path program. In 2009 I was encouraging my then partners to hit this program hard & share it with everyone. I am sure they thought; “Another one of Crazy Chris’ ideas.” Now, 3 years behind the Curve? God Bless ‘em, they are starting to share the info. Maybe they’ll get a loan out of their efforts.
Being in the Mortgage industry now for 15 years I have seen & been part of much innovation in the Delaware Market. I have the pleasure of working now with John Thomas at Primary Residential Mortgage and he has shown me some of his Home Buyer Marketing ideas & I am “All In.” John gets it & I wish I would have spoken with him earlier. Innovation is fun!! The creativity that makes a good business better and what helps out Realtor Partners be better is what I celebrate in the industry today.
We, Loan Officer & Realtor alike, can make this business FUN Again. And I am having alot of fun….
